Organizational Computer-Based Training (CBT-O)
Organizational Computer-Based Training (CBT-O) is a software aid for training personnel to interact within a team or combat crew while using the equipment for its designated purpose and to organize maintenance routine.
There is a set of organizational algorithms to be developed for CBT-O in order to regulate actions of combat crews in combat action and system operation. For each algorithm there are tables of interaction sequence for the trainees to be developed (routine of commands, actions and reports). Organization algorithms are to be practiced at the phase of theoretical and practical training.
CBT-O may be used for:
